oThe Lord give me breath today and allowed me to wake up sometimes I feel like I don't know if I'm going to.

it's so strange going from not knowing that I have this disorder over 10 years ago to actually being aware that it's happening and when I wake up from not breathing I'm able to count my breaths my gasps.

it's a new day today and I want to change my life just get me to Tuesday until I get my sleep machine.
